Take 279 South to Rt. 28 North / East Street exit. Follow signs for Rt. 28 North. Once you are on Rt. 28 North, turn right at the first intersection - 31st Street Bridge. Make a quick right down the ramp, and then a quick left onto Waterfront Drive. You will cross a small bridge onto Herr's Island (also known as Washington's Landing). The Three Rivers Rowing Center is the third building on the left (300 Waterfront Drive). |
