NEXT ERG ACCESS AT BAIERL CENTER:

Updated July 25, 2010

Kelly Miller will be opening up the ergs at the Baierl Center for use by NA rowers at no cost. She will serve as the supervisor while the ergs are unlocked. While there is no structured program, rowers can look for a suggested workout schedule to be posted by Coach Schermer on the wall near the ergs.

Times for the next few weeks are as follows:

Monday, August 2nd 6:30PM-7:30PM
Wednesday, August 4th 6:30PM-7:30PM

Rowers may come use the ergs anytime during the hour session. Selection of the evening time slot was based on the assumption that many rowers would need rides from parents. If there is a strong preference for additional or different time slots, we will try to make adjustments accordingly.

Thank you, Kelly, for making this happen and for generously donating your time!
